FROM TECHNICAL NEGOTIATIONS TO COMPREHENSIVE NORMALIZATION

CIG presented a paper on September 28, 2017 in Belgrade on the relations between Serbia and Kosovo, authored by Shpetim Gashi, CIG Vice President and Igor Novakovic, CIG Associate in Belgrade. The paper offers an analysis of the dialogue process from 2011 to 2017, addresses the challenges facing normalization between the two societies, and offers a number of recommendations to conclude the conflict through a comprehensive normalization agreement. The research was sponsored by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
